The most important lesson learned from the Coronavirus pandemic is that nuclear arsenals, continental missiles, various weapons, and
big or small bombs can do absolutely nothing against a tiny virus – which cannot be observed by unaided human eye – that yet poses a threat
against the whole world.
All weaponries are useless. What the world needs is medicine and medical equipment (something that Iran has been deprived of through the US-imposed banking sanctions). Under the circumstances, a syringe or a pill can be life-saving. Those who lose their dear lives or their loved ones may wish that the trillions of dollars spent on weapons would have been instead used for identifying viruses or the production of the right type of medicine. The real threat against human beings is environmental pollution, viruses and germs.
I would also like to add:
In this battlefield, the frontline warriors are not armed soldiers; but rather, scientists, researchers, doctors, nurses and even the psychologists who fight against the COVID-19 fear and the psychological consequences of diseases.
In the future world, we need science more than weapons and missiles.
If we care about the fate of our planet, we must be prepared to fight new invaders such as unknown viruses.
